Merry Christmas Bloggers and Bloggetts!!

With the Holidays so near and everything becoming busy crazy ~ thought you might like to sit for a moment and enjoy a laugh or two. Children have a way of helping you see life through their beautiful eyes ~ the questions and conversations I have with my precious 2 and half year old daughter will be near and dear to me forever. Jessica is the perfect age for Christmas this year ~ everything is a delight to see. She will say ~ look mama ~ Christmas!!! ~ it could be something as simple as a snowflake, song, cookie, lights, tree, the church, or card ~ to her it is all ~Christmas~ and the joy it brings her, the excitement in her eyes ~ brings you back in time to Holidays of the past.

This Holiday will be extra special for my family. My oldest son Mitch will have "holiday leave" from the Army and is coming home on December 16th!! They get this special time with family because they have received orders to deploy on February 1st for Kuwait and will be in Baghdad by February 17th ~ starting a long 14 months of worry and wait for the families left behind. That was so hard to type and even harder to read ~ and I will express more of my thoughts, prayers and wishes in another blog at another time.

So back to the task at hand ~ out of the mouth of babes ~ the cute statements below are said to have been written by actual students and are genuine, authentic and not retouched or corrected.
