Hello Fellow Bloggers~

This special blog goes out to Patrick who is having his 44th birthday on Monday, March 13th!! I must admit that Patrick doesn't look anywhere near 40 yrs old ~ he is just so young looking, and fun to hang with! Most guys I see in their 40's are heavier, bald,(but I think some bald men are "hawwt" lookin) and ACT old! I really think it all comes down to how young you act that I find attractive. Planning on a relaxing birthday weekend, and springlike weather for a change ~ it might actually get up in the 40's!! Whooo hooooo! I plan on making Patrick his favorite dinner, which is sweet and sour chicken ~ YUMMY and of course we are gonna have a cake!

Mitch made it home fine and looks even more in shape then ever, he's such a cute military guy! It is wonderful to have him here and lil Jess just follows him around everywhere ~ she so loves her brothers! He will be heading to Fort Riley in Kansas on March 23. Patrick did well at the karaoke contest, the picture above is from that night and was taken in our new family room. (hubba hubba eh?) Patrick won 3rd place ~ can you believe he lost out to some chick singing "disco"?? ee gads! *hee hee* I told him not to take it to heart, since it was a playground fundraiser and the judges knew the other contestants well. He was the only one there singing rock..and sang (4) songs ~ Dreamer by Ozzy ~ Pink Floyd's Time ~ Bob Segers Turn the Page ~ and America's Sister Golden Hair.

Must say he really got the crowd rockin and the women were sooooooo flirting with my sweetie ~ especially when he did Bob Seger ~ they freaked cuz he sounded just like him!! They freaked even more when they found out he was from New York! They were like what the hell you doing way up here?? *hee hee* He won a $50.00 dollar certificate for dinner at this brand new Lodge and Grill ~ which is located down near our cabin in Twin Lakes ~ so one night we will get a sitter and sneak away for a romantic dinner. This place is so beautiful it is built like a log cabin,very rustic and on the lake. I just cannot say enough about how proud I am of Patrick ~ he is so unique to be around and makes me laugh so. We rented Saw 2 and Walk the Line the other night, got a fire going, cuddled up on the couch and enjoyed our evening. I must admit I watched most of Saw 2 from underneath a blanket! *hee hee*

So dear husband of mine, Happy Birthday!! We love you very much!
