Hello fellow bloggets!

How sta everyone?? Doing wonderful here. We are getting our "first" official snowstorm of the winter. We are expecting somewhere around 16 inches in the next two days ~ and snow steady thru sunday!! People mannnnnnn your shovels!! Heading to Minneapolis this weekend as my younger sister is graduating from college ~ so the whole gang is heading there ~ it will also be a early thanksgiving for us all to meet. I have two brothers and two sisters...all together hubbies, wives, kids, there are 18 of us staying in ONE house this weekend!! Thank god my brother's home has 3 bathrooms!! *hee hee* Lots of board games, cooking, chatting & catching up - and after the wee ones are in bed we shall sneak down and raid my brothers WINE cellar!! (shhhhh don't tell him)!!

Got a quick call from my son Mitchell who is in the Army (doing basics in GA) He's giving me the info over the phone ~ telling me when he will arrive here for xmas ~ and I ask him did you get my letter because I gave you a calling card (he called home collect - ack!) He says..omg your letter!! I can hear all these guys in the background as they are all lined up to get on the payphone...and he says..MOM don't put ANYMORE stickers on the outside of the letters!!!! On mail day the drill sargent is handing out letters ~ he says Potvin who is this letter from??? my son says, "my mother sir" and he says, " awwww what a sweet sticker, ~ your mama, she lovesssssssssssss you - drop and give me 100 pushups!!" bahahahahahahaha I could not help but laugh on the phone ~ and I could hear the guys in the background all laughing!

Mitch has made some great buddies there - they get 36 hrs off for leave over thanksgiving ~ and a group of them are getting together to unwind some! He sounds great - can't wait to see him in a month.

My sweet baby Jess has learned something new ~ she puts both her hands straight up in the air.....and yells TOUCHDOWN ~ I have absolutely no idea where she get's that from! (really) Developing 3 rolls of film when we head up to the cities..so I should have some updated pictures soon. Hope all is well in your blog world!
